We are located in the Stone Oak area and can be accessed from either 1604 or 281 North. Our center is a safe place in which to cope with crises, resolve problems, and/or deal with relationships and family matters. We are service-oriented, and our therapists are available during extended hours and for reasonable fees. We are committed to providing the services you need.
Appointments are scheduled for 50-minute sessions on the hour. We see clients Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and some therapists are available on Fridays and Saturdays. Payments are accepted by cash, check, or credit card.
Gloria Smith is an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working with individuals, couples, and families for twenty-five years. She heads the center and supervises four licensed interns. Her fee is $75 per session or the amount of copay set by your insurance. She is a provider for Humana, Aetna, Value Options, TriCare, United Behavioral Health, ComPsych, Texas True Choice, Benefit Planners, and Valero. We precertify your insurance when you make your appointment and then call to verify benefits and copay with you.
Each intern has earned a master’s degree in counseling, holds an LPCI state license, and is gaining additional hours and experience while working toward an LPC or LMFT license. Fees for the interns start at $40 per session and may be adjusted by arrangement with the therapist. Interns cannot accept payments from insurance.
